This report outlines the development, execution, and evaluation of Surplus+, the sustainable streetwear brand I created. Focused on repurposing military surplus garments into bold, affordable fashion, the brand aimed to addresses the growing issue of textile waste by transforming surplus materials into one-of-a-kind garments. My team and I built the business from the ground up, developing everything from the initial concept, to the product range, to the marketing plan. I acted as financial and merchandising manager, overseeing buying, cost tracking, supplier liaison, and pricing strategy.
