Responsible Management

In this report I looked into Urban Outfitters' responsible management practices, with key considerations on the implications of synthetic fiber use and microplastic pollution as a topic of literature review, and attempted to answer questions about consumer sentiments regarding fast fashion shopping. My analysis revealed key areas of concern, highlighting potential brand risks regarding reputation and evidence of greenwashing in company commitments. In addition, I explored the social and economic impacts of fashion pollution.
